I am so amazed at these beautiful plants. I cannot wait to eat fresh broccoli and cabbage. Hopefully the other plants will be ready to start gathering by early January.

Old Man Winter
My it got so cold last night and tonight looks like another blustery cold winter night. I checked on the plants today and they still are looking good. One of the cabbage plants has two baby cabbages on it. We put more decorations up today. I am making notes for next year.
1. Make sure Donald has his own gloves when we go to cut Christmas trees. He used mine and now I cannot get all the needles out of them.
2. Try to get all the decorations up before it gets this cold.

Our First Blue Egg...
Our hens that lay colored eggs has finally started to lay. Donald got our first blue egg yesterday and we are so eggcited. We are in the process of stinging lights for a great Christmas on the farm. We hope you will drive out to see them when we have completed the task. Our garden is in the process of growing cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, turnip greens, mustard and collards.
